Salary Information

We offer an attractive salary of £27,500 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in our nursery. This figure is reflective of the responsibilities and qualifications required for this leadership role.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Nursery Room Leader, your primary duties will include:

  • To be the third-in-charge at the nursery, working closely with the management team to ensure seamless operations.
  • To support parents with individual children's needs, including SEND and ASL requirements.
  • To develop and implement observation, assessment, and planning strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our children, adhering to EYFS guidelines.
  • To foster a positive learning environment, encouraging child development and achievements while guiding and managing the staff team.
  • To embody the company culture and values, promoting inclusivity, diversity, and excellence in childcare.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and possess prior experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner. Your expertise and passion for childcare will be essential in driving the success of our nursery.
