Job Description: As a Quantity Surveyor at Bloor Homes - Commercial, you will be responsible for managing the financial and technical aspects of construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or construction management
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
