**Job Title:** Quantitative Analyst

**Location:** London

As a Quantitative Analyst at BlueCrest Capital Management, you will have the opportunity to work in a team of experienced macro Portfolio Managers. You will be responsible for building and improving signal-generative models using Python and contributing to trade idea generation.

The role requires:

  • Developing analytical models and tools required by the team.
  • Applying comprehensive statistical mathematics methods in model building.
  • Using machine learning techniques to digest large data sets and produce valuable analytics.
  • Maintaining a probabilistic approach to analytics creation.
  • Analyzing scenario outcomes from distribution.
  • Validating and maintaining trade valuation, risk management, and financial simulation models.
  • Managing, analyzing, and interpreting large data-sets to deliver research that will be helpful for trade idea formation.

**Requirements:)

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Maths, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or related courses from a leading university.
  • Extensive modeling skills in Python coding language.
  • Professional experience in a data science/statistics or a trading role is preferred.

We offer an estimated salary range of **£60,000 - £80,000 per annum**, based on industry standards and location.
