Job Title: SEND Teacher - Primary School Position

Job Description: Horizon Teachers is currently recruiting for an experienced SEND Teacher to join an SEND Primary school in London. The school is looking for someone with a good level of experience working with children who have PMLD and complex needs of varying ages. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with children who have Severe Learning Difficulties and have a good understanding of different special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and organise activities for the children to learn through unconventional means
* Work closely with the support staff and children to ensure a smooth transition
* Communicate effectively with the children and support staff
