We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Academy Coaches and take on the challenge of shaping the future of the hospitality sector.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering the apprenticeship standard, providing support and guidance to learners, and assisting them in acquiring transferable skills in Maths and English if required.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a hospitality setting
  • NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
  • Extensive vocational experience in a Hotel environment at supervisor level, including Reception, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, or Food Production
  • Experience working in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above) or equivalent
  • Autonomy in work
Bonus Skills
  • NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery or Hospitality Supervision
  • BTEC level 3 in Hospitality Management
  • Experience operating within Work-Based Learning/education environments
