Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Marshalls plc. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous running of our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Eliminate downtime through safe and logical fault finding and maintenance of equipment.
  • Work on various types of equipment, including complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic control systems.
  • Carry out planned and reactive engineering activities on site.
Requirements:
  • Electrical qualifications (C&G 2320 P1 & P2, ONC, NVQ 3 or equivalent).
  • Good understanding of current environmental and health and safety issues and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in electrical fault finding, defect rectification, and routine maintenance activities.
  • Ability to interrogate/understand maintenance problems to provide accurate plant condition information/recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, dealing with operatives and Team leaders from both maintenance and production.
