About the Role

As a Female Support Worker, you will be working with six individuals with Learning Disabilities and complex health needs, enabling them to live independently in our Supported Living Home in Barnet. Your role will involve providing high standards of personal care, assisting with daily tasks, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with personal care and medication
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as shopping and cooking
  • Encouraging independence and promoting choice
  • Participating in activities, such as arts and crafts and day services
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care
