As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive workforce, working closely with our clients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will be required to hold a full UK manual driving license.

The role will involve a range of responsibilities, including:
- Communicating with relevant people and following programs in place to ensure all needs are met
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Certain individuals require moving and handling using equipment (training/support provided)
- Planning and taking part in activities with the client
- Assisting or supporting with medication
- Assisting or supporting with finances
- Encouraging and assisting with community access
- Accurate record keeping and meeting individual's needs
- Encouraging, assisting, or providing personal care (in some but not all settings) to promote hygiene
- Social visits
