**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Fine & Country. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship-building
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process to achieve successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and stay up-to-date with local market trends and property values
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury property industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and property values, with the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Professional and presentable appearance, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property viewings
