We are seeking a seasoned Store Manager to join our team in the Cardiff Area. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to take their retail career to the next level and drive exceptional store standards and sales growth.

About the Role

As a Store Manager at B&M Retail Limited, you will be responsible for leading your management team & colleagues in store, overseeing all aspects of your store's operations from stock to recruitment. You will have the freedom to think for yourself, using your commercial knowledge to maximise sales potential in your store.

We don't have office managers at B&M. As a Store Manager, you will be present on the floor, getting stuck in and playing a key part in the successful running of your store. Whether it's processing deliveries, assisting customers, supporting with floor moves or managing compliance, you will be a hands-on leader. You will work closely with your team, driving them to achieve their best and coach and inspire them to reach their full potential.

  • Show Your Passion: Demonstrate a true passion for retail, bringing your commercial knowledge to your team & store.
  • Drive Compliance: Constantly drive compliance within your store, whether it's through stocktakes, health & safety or people processes.
