Job Title: Engineering Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Maintenance Technician to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering support and repair on-site manufacturing equipment
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to reduce equipment failure rates
  • Optimize machinery and plant performance to minimize downtime and optimize OEE
  • Collaborate with production colleagues to maximize process efficiency
  • Support installation and commissioning of new plant and equipment
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards policies
Requirements:
  • Completed electrical engineering apprenticeship/training with a recognized UK qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' engineering experience in manufacturing
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience in the food industry
  • PLC experience
  • Mechanical skills
