Maintenance Engineer

VickerStock is partnering with a leading firm in Dungannon to recruit an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer. Our client is a market leader in their specialist field, focusing on sustainability and environmentally friendly practices.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrically qualified Engineer/Electrician to join a forward-thinking, growing company where your efforts will be valued, and you will have ample opportunity for personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding to Machinery & Equipment breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and carrying out remedial actions efficiently to minimise production downtime.
- Carrying out planned maintenance in line with PPM schedules.
- Carrying out Installations & Machinery overhauls when necessary.
- Time-Served Electrical or Mechatronic apprenticeship.
- Experience in a similar role, carrying out Maintenance on production Machinery.
While this is an Electrically biased role, it will also involve assisting the Mechanical engineers on site and therefore some Mechanical experience is a distinct advantage.
Experience with PLC systems is highly desirable.
Requirements:- Electrical maintenance experience.
- Electrical qualification.
- Manufacturing experience.
