Creative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to support the administration and delivery of our Awards and New Blood programs.
Job SummaryThis role will involve ensuring that all entries submitted by participants meet the required standards for judging, providing exceptional customer service, and working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Enquiries
- Respond confidently and efficiently to incoming and outgoing entry queries.
- Use the query database to log and resolve all queries in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate ability to work with entrants, identify their needs and objectives, and offer support throughout the entry process.
- Cataloguing
- Utilize the logging system to record and verify entry data accurately.
- Process and file physical and digital entries promptly.
- Sort and open packages securely.
- Conduct quality checks on moving image, stills, and web/app entries.
- Edit awards entry media as needed.
- Identify and resolve issues with entries, communicating with entrants when necessary.
- Liaise with the operations team and management to address complex problems.
- Online Judging
- E nsure that all entries are processed to the correct standard before online judging commences.
- Liaise with judges to guarantee they understand and complete the online judging process on time.
- Resolve any issues raised by judges during the judging process.
- Maintain communication with judges, ensuring consistency and adherence to our tone of voice.
- Judging
- Verify that work is accurately prepared and presented for judging.
- Assist with transporting work to and setting up for judging sessions.
- Support the transition between jury sessions and judging rounds.
- Support and assist the jury host during judging sessions as required.
- Help resolve any problems and queries that may arise.
- Proofread written information as necessary.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, flexible approach to working hours, and opportunities for growth and development.
