Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, insightful, and reflective practitioner to join our Quality department as a Senior Practitioner. As part of our team, you will contribute to audit and social care governance processes, conduct quality audits, and lead quality improvement projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assurance that our Care and Support teams deliver good quality, safe, and person-centred care
  • Conducting quality audits and completing comprehensive reporting
  • Contributing to quality improvement and turnaround programmes
  • Leading assignments to drive quality improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in social care or a related sector
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a quality or audit role
  • Excellent coaching skills and a passion for person-centred care
