We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Ragdale Hall Spa. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging exercise sessions, creating innovative training programs, and conducting fitness assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver exercise programs for guests of all ages and abilities
- Conduct fitness assessments to identify individual goals and needs
- Lead group exercise classes, including exercise to music and gym-based sessions
- Provide personalized coaching and guidance to guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Exercise to Music Level 2 qualification
- Gym Level 2 qualification
- Personal Training Level 3 qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings
- Competitive salary
- Up to £1400 per year in tips (full-time equivalent)
