What We're Looking For- A Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for fitness and teaching.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Strong engagement, good communication, and active listening skills.
- A team player with a willingness to share knowledge and best practices.
