About the CompanyMacmillan Davies is a private medical company that requires a temporary HR Administrator for a 3-month period, commencing in early January and concluding in March 2025.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing administrative support to the HR Team, ensuring personnel files are compliant with CQC inspections, managing HR systems and relationships with providers, and administering employment changes.
Key Responsibilities- First point of contact for HR queries
- Managing personnel files and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
- Supporting the broader HR Team in day-to-day operations
To be successful in this role, you will require relevant experience in HR administration, knowledge of HR information systems, e-forms, and workflow processes, as well as excellent communication and time management skills.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, accuracy of work, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
A good understanding of HR practice, employment law, and legislation is also essential.
BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a flexible working arrangement that includes four days on-site and one day working from home.
