About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of 30-40 clients, providing keyworking, care planning, risk assessments, group work, and duty services in Bury St Edmunds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of 30-40 clients, providing keyworking, care planning, risk assessments, group work, and duty services.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet client needs.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Free compliance (DBS, training, etc.).
Requirements:
  • Experience working in substance misuse or social care.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and provide excellent client support.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
