About the Role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing a range of projects, including new build and refurbishment, and will be expected to advise on contracts and professional appointments. The successful candidate will have experience of managing projects ranging in value and will be able to facilitate cost control from inception through to completion.

About the Requirements
  • Experience of managing a range of projects, including new build and refurbishment
  • Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to manage projects ranging in value
  • Strong consultancy experience, preferably with in-depth knowledge of the construction industry
  • Chartership through RICS would be ideal but not essential
