This Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of ambitious projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work on creating exceptional living spaces in the heart of the city, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the financial maestro behind high-rise apartment projects, guiding them from concept to completion. Collaborate with a talented team of project managers, architects, and engineers to bring these skyscrapers to life, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to impeccable standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Master the financial and contractual orchestration of high-rise apartment projects.
• Keep projects on track, within budget, and aligned with top-tier quality benchmarks.
• Craft and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and analyses to drive project success.
• Negotiate and draft contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Innovate and implement procurement strategies, steering the procurement process.
• Deliver insightful financial reports and precise financial data.
• Inspire and mentor junior quantity surveyors, nurturing a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional membership with RICS or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, focusing on high-rise apartments.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulations for high-rise projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, contract management, and procurement.
• Superior analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Proactive and self-driven, committed to achieving excellence.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
