Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial and contractual aspects of high-rise apartment projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to high-quality standards.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets, conduct cost analysis, and manage project costs.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Develop and implement procurement strategies and manage the procurement process.
Prepare and present regular financial reports and provide accurate financial information.
Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors and foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Professional membership with RICS or equivalent.
5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on high-rise apartment projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations for high-rise developments.
Proven experience in cost estimation, budgeting, contract management, and procurement.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organised with strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
