Job Opportunity: Senior Vice President - Integrated Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President to join our dynamic team at FINN Partners. With a focus on corporate and financial services, this role requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing and communication campaigns.

As a leader in our organisation, you will be responsible for guiding a talented team of professionals, delivering results-driven solutions to clients, and driving growth through new business development. Your passion for mentoring and coaching junior staff members will help them grow professionally, ensuring the continued success of our company.

About the Position:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans, incorporating insights gained from industry research and data analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and external partners, ensuring seamless communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Lead multiple clients simultaneously, developing tailored strategies that meet their unique needs.
  • Mentor junior staff members, helping them grow professionally while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement impactful PR campaigns aligned to client KPIs.
  • Work closely with clients across the corporate and investment banking, payments, and trade finance sectors, developing and implementing strategies that meet their needs.
  • Anticipate and respond to complex issues, developing materials that align with client objectives.
  • Cultivate a positive client presence in all media through releases and maintain clear and consistent communications between the client and account team.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of agency experience, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and actualise media goals of the client.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop sophisticated messages aligned with client objectives.
  • Intuitive understanding of the business of an agency and ability to identify and troubleshoot problems within accounts and/or teams.

Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
