Job Title: Qualified Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team in East Grinstead. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a fantastic, homely nursery and make a real difference in the lives of our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Maintain excellent communication with parents, providing daily updates on their child's progress and activities.
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Support children's development through creative, fun, and educational activities.
  • Keep up-to-date records of each child's development and milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive nursery environment.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a nursery or childcare setting (required).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Experience with online learning journals (useful but not essential).
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00 (1-hour lunch break). Part-time applicants can choose to work 1-4 days per week.
