Job Title: Customer Service Advisor / Technical Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor / Technical Sales Administrator to join our team in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical sales support to our clients in the steel processing and fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the Sales Coordinator to process sales and works through to production
  • Liaising with the production department to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
  • Responding to customer queries and providing technical support via phone and email
  • Providing sales support to existing and internal customers
  • Managing multiple projects and prioritizing work to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the steel processing or fabrication industry
  • Background in technical sales, sales administration, or order processing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work methodically and accurately
  • Strong numeracy and computer skills
