Role Details

This Child Protection Specialist role is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to join our LAC team based in the Greater Manchester area.

About the Job:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to work with children, families, and other professionals to provide effective care and support.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in Court and Child Protection, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess and manage complex cases, ensuring the best interests of the child are met.
  • To develop and implement personalized care plans, working collaboratively with all stakeholders.
  • To work closely with children, families, and other professionals to provide high-quality care and support.

Requirements:

  • A Social Work qualification and registration to Social Work England (SWE) is mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
