As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Moss, interacting with a broad range of customers and providing personalized service that supports our overall store KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is a positive one
* Strive for high productivity, seizing opportunities to maximize sales and services goals
* Assist store management with stockroom and back area housekeeping, including receiving deliveries and adhering to stock and cash control procedures

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* Basic product knowledge, understanding features, benefits, and products available in the store
* Reflect the aesthetic of Moss through personal style and presentation
* Embrace continuous self-improvement, resilience, and efficient time management as core personal attributes
* Outstanding communication abilities to inspire, guide, and foster meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers
