About the Role

We're seeking an experienced business relationship manager with a strong background in IT to join our team. As an Associate Product Owner, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements. Your expertise will help us deliver technology solutions that meet the needs of our rapidly evolving legislative landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing product features and requirements for Products, based on customer feedback and market research.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and key business stakeholders to shape the 'Product Vision' and ensure that the product is developed and delivered according to customer needs and business goals.
  • Manage live products to ensure value is being delivered to end users.
  • Ensure BAU operations are achieved, and system availability is maintained.
  • Actively engage with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to translate solution needs into actionable user stories, creating and maintaining product documentation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up to date on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Assist with product launch activities, such as coordinating beta testing and training end users.
  • Monitor product metrics and KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve the product and drive business results.
  • Work with the Product Owner to identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business relationship management in an IT environment.
  • Industry or functional expertise validated through experience working for a Retailer.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience of working with 'Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)', 'Product Information Management (PIM) and 'Supplier Effectiveness' tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with a SaaS model, the Compliance portfolio works almost exclusively with SaaS providers.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and product development processes.
