Manufacturing Operative Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operative to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with both day and night shifts available. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 weeks of experience working on machines and possess a basic level of fitness for lifting and moving items.

Responsibilities:
  • Work effectively within production environments, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to maintaining a productive work environment by following standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 weeks of experience working on machines.
  • A base level of fitness for lifting and moving items.
  • The ability to be consistently on time, organised, and punctual.
  • The ability to stand and maintain focus for long periods.
