Tom Ford - Christmas Sales and Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

As a Christmas Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations. You will contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period, supporting colleagues and working as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience.

Key Tasks

  • Educate customers on product features and benefits, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards.
  • Support the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management to ensure our stores are peak ready.
  • Follow brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, and actioning stock movements.
  • Stay up-to-date on company/store information through Workplace, team briefs, or other forums utilized by the brand.

Qualifications

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals who are great communicators, able to positively engage with our customers. Flexibility to work across peak in the six weeks leading up to Christmas is essential, as is a positive outlook and accommodating, can-do attitude. Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable.
