We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Block Management Lead to join our team at Jackson Sims Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level and lead a high-performing team.

As a Block Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing one scheme and overseeing a team of five. You will provide strong, effective and visible leadership to the team, oversee operational and commercial performance across the region, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

What You'll Need:
