Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Organic Social Media Manager to join our team at Jaywing. As a key member of our Organic Media team, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging content and growing our clients' social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and growth
  • Manage and create content for multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience managing social media accounts at an agency or in-house role
  • Strong understanding of Organic Social best practices and ability to steer clients' social outputs in the right direction
  • Proficient knowledge of popular social media channels and experience in developing social media strategies
  • Experience in growing social channels in line with strategic goals
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with social media advertising and content creation tools, such as Canva, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, and Meta Business & Ads Manager
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with presentation software and public speaking
