Job Title: Educator for SEMH Pupils
Salary Range: £35,000 - £55,000 per year
About the Role:We are seeking a qualified educator to join our team and provide dedicated support to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Teach Maths and English to pupils aged 9-16 in their homes and at our base in Birkenhead.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual pupil needs.
- Provide regular visits to pupils, fostering consistency and building trust.
- Contribute to the development of GCSE teaching for some staff members.
Requirements:
- Degree in Education or related field.
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS).
- Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pupils require dedicated educators who can provide stability and support. As an educator, you will be expected to work flexibly and maintain open communication with colleagues and parents.
