We are seeking a Sanctuary Services Lead to join our team at Your Sanctuary and support the delivery of high-quality services for female survivors of domestic abuse.

The salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave and a contributory pension scheme.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting and empowering clients, knowledge of issues related to domestic abuse and external support services, and strong organisational and administration skills. Supervisory experience and an understanding of trauma-informed environments are also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team in delivering services to female survivors of domestic abuse
  • Managing the upkeep of the refuges
  • Coordinating visits from external agencies
  • Providing direct key working cover
  • Supervising the house-keeping service

We offer regular clinical supervision, training opportunities, and a supportive work environment. This post is only open to female applicants and is exempt under Schedule 9 Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
