Job Summary: The Community Occupational Health Professional will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients across the community.

About You: To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a Recognised BSC Honours degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, as well as significant post-registration experience working in a community setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in their own homes
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures

What We Offer:
