Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) - Greater Manchester Area

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor with Case Management experience to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a collaborative environment.

Our client is a well-established, nurse-led Occupational Health company offering bespoke services to a diverse client base. They take pride in their supportive, quality-focused culture and aim to create an environment where professionals can grow and thrive.

The Role
  • Provide a comprehensive range of OH services on-site for clients
  • Conduct health assessments, surveillance, case management, and promote health and wellbeing
  • Manage a maximum of 3-4 cases per day, giving you time to prepare detailed, personalised reports
  • Travel between allocated client sites
  • Ensure timely, accurate completion of health records and documentation
Your Profile
  • Experience: Previous Occupational Health experience is essential as this is an independent role, supporting an allocated client group
  • Attitude: Highly professional and hands-on
  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse (NMC pin) with no restrictions, OH Degree or Diploma (preferred but not essential)
  • Travel: Must be able to drive, with own vehicle and be prepared to travel to client sites as required (approx. x1 per week)
  • Skills: Strong communication, autonomy in practice, and effective workload planning
  • Knowledge: Full OH remit and a solid understanding of confidentiality and GDPR regulations

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum dependent on experience.
