Account Manager, SMB Publishers

Are you a driven professional with a passion for the digital space? Do you want to join an international team of Sales Account Managers and serve as a trusted advisor for our SMB publisher partners? We're looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team and help us build and optimize relationships with our publisher partners in Central Europe and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with SMB publishers in our Central European markets and Africa
  • Be the expert on revenue optimizations and sell to a large and high-volume book of business
  • Upsell Taboola's product solutions
  • Manage the implementation of new product solutions to launch, working with technical teams
  • Help identify trends and market conditions to pinpoint highest value optimizations
  • Monitor and analyze metrics and proactively take steps to improve performance
  • Work closely with the Sales & Product teams to become a valuable resource both internally and externally
Requirements:
  • Fluent English + another European language is a plus
  • Experience in a professional client-facing role (digital/media online publisher space preferred but not essential)
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, including senior-level executives, product, legal, tech, finance, sales, and marketing
  • Track record of closing business (upselling or new business) and driving long and complex sales cycles
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and generated reports
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both external, client-facing and internal, senior stakeholder-facing environments
  • Highly motivated, proactive, resourceful, and creative to ensure clients receive world-class consulting
  • High attention to detail, organized, and with strong communication skills
  • Self-starter with the will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
