Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Estate Manager to join our Residential Property Management team in Brentford. As an Estate Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective discharge of responsibilities as the Managing Agent, managing and supervising estate-based personnel, maintaining the safety and well-being of the estate, and responding to leaseholder enquiries in a timely manner.

Job Description

This Estate Manager position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our Property and Deputy Property Managers to achieve exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Instructing contractors for repair works and verifying their completion to specification.
  • Preparing periodic reports for review with senior management and supporting the creation of estate updates for clients.
  • Responding to leaseholder/resident enquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Arranging periodic Health and Safety assessments and inspections.

You will be expected to possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Packages, and have knowledge of general maintenance and Health & Safety requirements in a new build environment.

  • Knowledge of general maintenance and Health & Safety requirements in a new build environment.
  • Ability to resolve complaints effectively and within procedures.
  • Friendly and helpful, polite and courteous, with a flexible approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
