Lead Data Analyst with Power BI Expertise

Jiyu Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI and SQL to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading a small team of data analysts and leveraging your skills in data analysis, SQL, and Power BI to drive insights and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance on best practices in data analysis, SQL queries, and data visualization.
  • Data Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of databases and ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret large data sets. Translate these findings into actionable insights for senior management and various business units.
  • Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other business metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, operations, and finance to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance current processes and systems, implement automation, and streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
