Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of data analysts, providing guidance on best practices in data analysis, SQL queries, and data visualization.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret large data sets, translating findings into actionable insights for senior management and business units.
  • Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and finance, to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance current processes and systems, implement automation, and streamline workflows to improve efficiency.

This is a hybrid role based in Swindon/Wiltshire, offering a competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000. If you are a motivated and experienced SQL Data Analyst Manager with a proven track record in Power BI, we encourage you to apply.
