Senior ICP Analyst Opportunity

Kenton Black Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior ICP Analyst to support their inorganics analysis laboratory. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) analysis to identify and quantify inorganic elements in various samples.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform ICP analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting of analytical results.
  • Develop and validate new ICP methods to enhance laboratory capabilities.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ICP instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to junior analysts.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience in ICP analysis, preferably in a contract testing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inorganic chemistry and analytical techniques.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining ICP instrumentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
