About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Capital Manager Professional to join our HC Operations team in the UK and Ireland.


The Opportunity

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract role that requires a hybrid work arrangement, with a presence in the London office at least 3 days per week.


Key Responsibilities
  • Consulting with management/stakeholders and providing daily HC guidance.
  • Providing counsel on complex employee relations issues.
  • Providing HC policy guidance.
  • Escalating complex issues for the HC Coordinators and Generalist.
  • Documentation and letter writing.
  • Supporting payroll and benefits escalation with MMC shared service providers.
  • Conducting exit interviews and reporting findings.
  • Updating Policies & Procedures as needed.
  • Supporting internal and external audits.

Requirements
  • Previous Human Resources Generalist experience is essential.
  • Experience working in a professional services environment or a large company is preferred.
  • CIPD qualification and Bachelor's degree level education is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Workday is desirable.
