Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Brookfield M&E Ltd. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our electrical installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain our quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor the quality of electrical installations and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit written quality control reports to management and stakeholders.
- Assist project managers and supervisors in ensuring that quality assurance procedures are followed on site.
- Develop and maintain project-specific quality control reports and submittal logs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on quality assurance matters.
- Attend pre-construction meetings and assist the quality manager with quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of quality assurance activities and results.
- Prepare and track all RFIs (Requests for Information) related to quality assurance.
- Have knowledge of software such as BIM 360/ Fieldview.
- Conduct snagging inspections of electrical installations on scheduled walkdowns and observations.
- Prepare and submit snag lists and sign-off documents.
- Ensure accuracy of electrical installations before client handover.
- Prepare reports for management on quality-related issues.
- Conduct quality walks with project teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings, specifications, and regulations.
