Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll process administration, providing wider benefits information to employees and maintaining local people systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll experience in a fast-paced confidential environment and excellent inductive reasoning, planning and organisational capabilities. Experience working within a 'shared service' organisation is also beneficial.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out payroll process administration and provide wider benefits information to employees.
- Manage local people systems to ensure integrity and accuracy of the information.
- Ensure all people forms, processes and online filing are updated and GDPR compliant.
- Owning the local master data accuracy and archiving according to relevant compliance.
- An estimated salary of £52,500 per annum.
- A flexible hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
- Occasional travel may be required to Sweden HQ.
- Up to 10% annual bonus.
