About the Role: Exceed Human Resource Consultants is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with administrative tasks, maintaining store housekeeping, conducting stocktakes, receiving packaging, issuing stock, and managing 20 keys/HACCP/Risk Control.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all stores administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

• Conduct daily and monthly stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory levels.

• Receive and inspect packaging from suppliers to ensure quality control.

• Issue stock to clients and other departments as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and reconcile discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.

• At least one year's experience in a store environment, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Forklift license and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this position.

Salary: R260,000 - R300,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
