Stock Control and Admin Assistant

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with all stores administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Conduct daily and monthly stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Receive and inspect packaging from suppliers to ensure quality control.
• Issue stock to clients and other departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and reconcile discrepancies.
Requirements:
• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year's experience in a store environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Forklift license and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
Salary: R260,000 - R300,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
