About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Children, Family and Young Person's Mental Health (CAMHS) Team based at Northgate Hospital in Great Yarmouth and Meridian House in Lowestoft.

As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will work with a Multi-disciplinary team comprising of Psychology, Occupational Health, Psychological Therapies, Social Work and Mental Health Nursing to provide mental health assessment and short-term therapeutic interventions to young people (0-14 years) and their families.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good level of competence with ICT systems, and experience of risk assessment and safety planning. You will also have an understanding of formulation and the ability to work collaboratively with young people and their families.
