">Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and inspire the QA team, ensuring all members are aligned with the company's quality objectives and contribute to its mission to exceed customer expectations.
  2. Proactively manage and resolve customer quality issues and complaints, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation for excellence.
  3. Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), guaranteeing compliance with ISO9001, AIB, and BRC standards, and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  4. Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Services to promote quality awareness and standards across all departments and ensure seamless integration.
  5. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with Quality tools and techniques are essential for success in this role.
  6. A valid driving license enables flexibility and responsiveness to company needs, making it an ideal position for those who value work-life balance.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
