Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ROV Superintendent to join our team at DOF. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of our underwater projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise ROV Operations: Ensure that all tasks defined in the work scope are performed according to internal and external requirements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment and devices for the ROV system are in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, including safety equipment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure that ROV system documentation is updated and ROV logs, reports, and the quality of service are consistent and of a proper standard.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of the ROV team members, ensuring that tasks are allocated according to their experience and training.
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison with all vessels' parties and the onshore ROV department, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Formal technical and/or administrative education.
  • Experience: Nine years of total experience from ROV operations, three as a ROV Supervisor.
  • Competence Log: Documented Imca based competence log for ROV Supervisor.
  • Language: Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
