ROV Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled ROV Operations Manager to oversee the safe and efficient execution of our underwater projects. In this role, you will supervise the operation of the assigned ROV system and ensure all tasks defined in the work scope are performed according to internal and external requirements.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and devices for the ROV system are in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, including safety equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating ROV system documentation, maintaining ROV logs, and ensuring the quality of service is consistent and of a proper standard.
The main fleet of DOF ROV/LARS systems consists of:
- Kystdesign
- Shilling UHD
- Perry/Forum XLX, XLR, and XLX-C
- Argus
- LARS - ODIM/Rolls Royce, Cetix/Sepro, Ulmatec, Dynacon, MacArtney
As a key member of our team, you will participate in familiarisation and debriefing sessions prior to mobilisation/demobilisation. You will also be responsible for familiarising the crew within the scope of work, allocating tasks to the ROV team members in accordance with their experience/training.
The ideal candidate will have nine years of total experience from ROV operations, three as a ROV Supervisor, and a documented Imca based competence log for ROV Supervisor. Fluency in English verbally and in writing is also required.
