About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Expert - Infusion Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves providing expert medical guidance to support new product development, risk management, and regulatory processes within our International Infusion Medical Affairs Organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the infusion area.
  • Contribute to the development of clinically relevant clinical test protocols and provide input into go-to-market models with business groups and commercial teams.
  • Represent Medical Affairs in New Product Development and Sustaining Development Core Teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and quality assurance requirements in alignment with BD Practice Standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers to ensure timely responses to inquiries and address concerns related to BD products.

Requirements

  • A professional clinical degree (Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification) with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Related experience in the medical device industry, preferably gained with Alaris or CME infusion devices.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience of writing and reviewing technical and/or academic documentation.
  • Prioritization and goal-oriented approach to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Location

This role is based in a global location, with the possibility of remote work arrangements. Please note that travel may be required, including internationally up to 50-60% of the time.
