Job Title: Early Years Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team at London Borough of Brent Schools. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our young students.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to create a stimulating learning environment that promotes child development and learning through play.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver EYFS lessons that meet the needs of our students
  • Provide a stimulating learning environment that promotes child development and learning through play
  • Undertake observations to assess and evaluate children's development and learning needs
  • Take a lead role in the responsibility for a key person group
  • Be a role model for a multi-disciplinary team
  • Work using your own initiative and work with a team in the Neighbourhood Nursery under the guidance and supervision of the Leadership team
Requirements
  • A good communicator, both verbal and written
